i understand. i was just thinking if i need to take them off for a cam change, then if i need to replace the head gasgets anyway, that would also be the right time to bite the bullet and do the cam change.

Hey Blackvert. Sounds like yo are going in the right direction. Your homework will pay off. I was thinking about s/c in the future but now wondering maybe not. Still, I wonder if a good professional tune doesn't solve a lot of problems??

this (an 87-93 upper intake) will fit a stock lower, right?

what about the bolts where the t/b (or the elbow on 94/95s) attaches? are they all the same?
