Update 8:00Am this morning, I went out, jack both front the the car up, and start the car, burp the coolant system, check for leak, no leak .

wait for tempeture to normal, take out for test drive, man the car feel way more stronger, it pull hard, went on the high way for 15 min, drive very smooth.

I still cant belive I drive around with missing intake gasket for 2 year lol. I wish I knew I need 2 set of gasket early, btw Fel-Pro made really good gasket.

thanks all and hope it no leak on the future, my next thing to do ASAP is to drill that broken bolt out and replace with another.

Yub, Im design to fix every thing right, before I pass it on to next owner, but to be honest, I enjoy driving the stang alot more now, since it ran so much better.

Should be good. If you don't have a leak then you are OK.

smoke coming out the tail pipe, it coming out more on the driver side then passenger side, I take to the random mechanic and he say it smell like gas , he say it does not smell like oil or coolant. sorry I cant find my camera video right now. btw I change out both o2 sensor, driver side o2 look like red rust half side, and passenger is kinda green.

With the intake swap you are probably running rich. Is it a lot of smoke? Does it smoke all the time or just certain times?

it smoke all the time, I beleive I bought a bad intake in the first place. today I drive it down the part store, suddently it over heat, then I dont see any more smoke coming out the pipe !! , I check the resorvoid and it was empty, so I refill with coolant and a min later it smoke again, so imma try to swap another NPI intake let see it it stop the leak and smoke.

Wow man, It seems like your GT is giving you so much hell. When my intake manifold cracked (original). I replaced it with the aluminum style updated one that they sent me. Now that I am not naive about cars anymore, I understand what is going on. If your PI manifold isn't sealing correctly, I say go with you gut feeling and get a nice NPI manifold if your not doing a PI swap anyone (Heads/Cams). One problem I had with mine was that on the left side of the intake manifold, it never seated right and always leaked a very small amount of coolant, it eventually stopped but I had that problem like 2yrs ago.

I think your manifold coolant ports are not lining up right and thus all that coolant burning you see.
