I had some money to spend and I figured I should just go ahead and splurge. The car is stock except for a set of 3.73's as of right now.

Here's what I have so far in the cart.

Magnaflow Catted X (Emissions Required )
Magnapacks Catback
Tri Ax
Timing Adjuster
Steeda Underdrive Pullies

Now for a few questions.
Will the Catted X give me any problems with check engine lights as it will only have 2 cats?

Who has decent prices for chin spoilers, grill deletes, and bumper inserts?

I'll have some cash left to spend in other places but im torn between two routes.

Suspension or Intake Side Any suggestions? I was thinking springs (1.5" drop) and some other cheap and preferably easy mods that I can do on my own.

Sounds like a great start so far! Personally I would go the suspension route - it's a great feeling to drive the car when it feels more responsive and hooks better. You might consider the plenum and t/b later on, but you'll feel the difference already with what you're getting, so why not handle a little better, too?

Sounds like a good start!

Check www.mustangtuning.com for chin spoilers, grille delete, and bumper inserts.

Good list. I'd definately do suspension/chassis next. First and foremost, subframe connectors unless you're going to die if you don't see the car lowered. Believe it or not, subframe connectors will make the car feel like it had the suspension upgraded when you toss it into a corner.

As for "intake" work, you have the following options:
K&N
Upper plenum and throttle body (throttle body ONLY if you have a new plenum)
Bullitt intake/Fox lake P-51 intake

Cold air intakes and aftermarket MAFs =

Do the subframes bolt right up?

I don't think any aftermarket companies still make bolt-on subframes, mainly because they're worthless. Subframes need to be welded on while the car is resting on it's tires. (This takes a lift that the car can drive on and be lifted so the chassis is properly loaded.)

Those things should be enough to get me started

A couple more quick questions:
Is the TB/Plenum a stand alone mod (do they require any other mods to work along the intake side)?

Is it worth paying the extra 50 bucks for the stainless steel inserts in the rear bumper ($15 for vinyl vs $65 for stainless steel)?

Any good complete suspension setups (kits) so I don't have to do individual part shopping?

Pay the extra for the ss inserts, the stickers are crap and look like ****. Also stay away from any CAI, waste of money. I got the MAF and I like it. You might want to hold off on the T/A, get a chip down the road instead. Also look into some LT's.
