for you guys whove been to the track any launching methods you can tell me to get the best times , and should i manual shift my auto , change the tire presure in the back stock tires and my cars an auto thanks

Dont manually shift your auto, turn the overdrive off with the tcs off. power brake and hope you hook. No need to air down your tires really street radial (I'm assuming you have these) have much more side wall strength. Ive done it there really is no difference. Let your car cool down between runs also.

When you said "track" I thought you meant like a racing track, or road race, heheh.

Must remember for most Mustang folk "track" means drag strip.

When the second light is lit (staged) brake torque to 2000 RPM and hold it there to the third yellow then nail it. This should get you a good R/T.
I get consistent 1.7 second 60' times this way also.
