I was given a carb'd 351 windsor engine complete for free:nice: and I can get another one cheap but a EFI. I plan on finding a decent notch or even a LX hatch 4 or 8 cyl and gutting unneeded stuff from it like all the heater stuff, wipper stuff, rear seat and probly that crap under the carpet...and other small unneeded crap. what should I do to the engine. I want to keep it N/A but I could go with some spray because my boss has a few extra bottles and has his own fill station. I will probly keep it a 351 unless I can find stuff to stroke it for little $$. I will be diong a engine rebuild myself and maby my boss if I need help. should I go with the carb'd one or the fuel injected one.

any tips or advice

nice grab roland. I would go carb on them. Right now you are at the point where you dont have money into EFI stuff for it so it doesn't feel like your blowing your money by switching over. What kind of carb did it come with?

I have a 700 or 750 4 barrel carb that I can have from my boss...it's only a year old so I will be using that. And him and his Dad are smart when it comes to carbs.. what things should I do to this windsor
thats perfect, what heads are you gonna use on it?

a wheelie lol
  nice.. Then you want a good set of aluminums, for performance, and too take some weight off of that 351. Just save your money and make it a long project if thats what it takes and that you wont regret not doing this or that. Then you can........do a wheelie:nice:

I am in no rush.... I want every line stainless steel braided. big aluminum rad with electric water pump. batery, fuel cell, maby 10lb bottle in the trunk (or hatch).auto with a hurst quarter stick shifter...no speedo just tach and all the vital gauges.
