What is a good cleaner/degreaser? I picked up a used 9" center section with 3:50 open gears at Carlisle for $60 bucks. I could pass it up at that price even if I have to replace the ring and pinion. Rebuilts were selling for 250-350 depending on the ratio and set-up. It is in really nice shape except all the years of grease and grime on the outer case. I want to clean it up and paint it before I install it.
