Good Engine Cleaner?

Hi Guys,

It's Spring time and it's almost time to take the GT out of storage. The engine is pretty dirty from last season, and I'm wondering what I should use to clean it. I don't want to have to detail the engine bay, piece by piece since that takes way too long and its a PITA. What can I use that I can spray on/spray off that works very well? I'd like to add as much shine as possible given the simplicity here. What does everyone else use and .... POST PICS IF YOU HAVE THEM!! Also, any pointers are helpful as I've never cleaned my engine before.

I like Gunk Engine Brite citrus scent... Cuts the hell out of oil and grease and shines up the motor nicely as well...

it's strange but i use Meguiars hot rims all wheel cleaner, safe on painted surfaces and does a nice job of cleaning oily surfaces

Please note that i do not let my engine collect dirt or become greasy, i seldom have to actually clean it, It's actually more of a maintenance type solution...

Depending how dirty the engine is, I use simple green diluted to clean, and dress it up with CD-2.
