Good heads and cams or blower?

Ok so, I'm bout' to have 3500.00 dollars at my disposal. Should I get some heads? I was thinking maybe some Patriot heads and some sort of comp or VT cams. And a big new TV for the house.
Or should I get a blower? I'm leaning more towards the blower? The only problem is that my engine smokes some due to the valve seals in my current heads leaking oil. I am, positive it's not my piston rings.
I already have all the bolt ons including a PI intake. I still have the NPI heads though.
Also If I was to get some Patriot heads or some other performance brand would it raise my compression to much to get the moter supercharged later?
What do yall' guys think?

Do a built longblock - forged rotating assembly, ported PI heads, some sort of FI cam. Then start saving again for the power adder!

since you have an NPI and leaky valve seals, i suggest heads, cams, and nitrous.

since your engine is in need of repair,I would do a pi head swap with some stage 2 blower cams, lt's. then save for a blower. if your motor was in good shape I would say blower for sure.

i would do vt heads or fox lake heads and some vt cams. also do some longtubes why your in there.

overhaul that motor, then blow it later. i would stay away from the patriots, i really have not heard too much good about them.
