I have a 1995 mustang Gt 5-speed, with 3.73 gears, exhaust, x-pipe, cold air. What is some good parts to get in low or mid 13s?

Definatly a good Heads/Intake/Cam Combo. Drag Radials, headers, you should see 13s.

a good driver

i've seen minor bolt on cars (5spd) get well into 13's, mainly full exhaust, pulleys, gears, good tires, and a GREAT launch

You should be pretty close. Check out my sig. If you do H/C/I you should be in the 12's in my opinion, not mid 13's.

With a VERY similar combo (edelbrock performer intake, 65mm t-body, pulleys, exhaust, 3.73's, nitto DR's) I ran a 13.83 at 98.55mph with a 1.91 60' in my 95 5 speed 'vert. Adding heads, cam, and fuel upgrades have gotten me to where I am now.

I have not been to a drag strip yet.(because the close one is like 2hr away)
I am 16 years old so not a lot of money left after car payment, so a intake is to much right now. But what kind of pulles to get?

I am new but, rio95 what is H/C/I?

Driving like you don't care if you break it and REAL slicks will put you in the 13's as you are now. Most of us won't push our cars that hard for fear of breaking stuff.

H/C/I stands for heads, cam, intake.

ASP pulleys are by far one of the best pulleys you can buy. I have the ASP aluminum pulleys on my car and it was one of the best mods I ever did to my car. They took me from a 14.96 at 91.5mph to a 14.6 at 94.89 with no other changes.

If your car is in good tune (which I'm sure it is) your capable of high 13's right now. With some traction and a good launch, and maybee an intake manifold and some pullies, you are in the mid-13 sec. zone all day.

Traction and a good driver will have you there. Pulleys are great and a short belt too.
