Wonder why it looks the same?

I was thinking black wheels would be a little too much. You think it'd look good? Paint these all black, or with a polished lip?

Oh yeah... I also just bought a Magnaflow Axleback today Next will probably be some billet for the interior (trim around the shifter, ac knobs, and the side mirror adjuster), then a CAI and tune, which is supposed to give these 25-30 HP (more because of the tune)

Nope, they're a light silver. Much lighter then the 99-04 Bullitts.

No thanks. It has to be dealer installed to be covered under the warranty, which would be outragous

Axleback will sound good, and the tune and CAI should be enough power for a little bit. Especially on a DD for the wife!

It looks like a very fun car... Since you have both a Fox and S197 - how do they compare?

There really is no comparison. Everything really about the S197 is better, but that's evolution, right? One thing that is cool is the stock exhaust actually has some sound to it. But the Magnaflows are on their way... should sound great!

As for the lowering springs... No crap. But I'm not buying just springs and killing the ride quality. I'm going to buy the Saleen Racecraft kit that includes springs, shocks, struts, and a front swaybar. Just gotta save a little first. And everyone comments on the ride height (on this site) negatively... Like I've had the car 2 years to get everything I want done to it done..... I've had it for TWO DAYS.

Thanks! I hope you (and the wife) enjoy the new ride... I'm still working on the boss for final approval.
