Good Place for a 21st birthday...

Totally off subject, but what the heck. I have a good friend who's trurning 21 this friday and I'm trying to find a good place to take her and some friends out too. I use to like Bannana joes, but some got shot outside and it closed down,..bummer. So what's a good place in Vancouver portland to go that's a little loud, but not too packed, kinda layed back, Bar 71 is WAY to packed so that's outa the question. Any ideas ?
