Yes mine whenever I give them the word of the bodyshop that I want of my choice.
If it is totalled then it will still be my insurance company paying off.

Maybe. I just mean that I prob wouldn't sue my own ins company. Might make it tough to get insurance in the future.

Just found out that there is a class action suit going on against insurance company in regards to its policy holders who make monthly payments.
