got a cobra

What's up guys. I recently sold my supercharged 92 On the up side I got a 96 cobra today. The car is in really good condition. I'm wondering what it would turn in the 1/4. It has a short shifter and k&n. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

I would expect low to mid 14's. With a better gear (4:10's?) and some exhaust you should break into the 13's.

My father ran a 13.89 @ 104 (2.20 60') with his bone stock 97 Cobra on the first time he ever brought that car to the track. I bet it can run 13.6 with a good launch

sry dont know much about 4.6l's but i had a question my brother wants a 97 cobra, he has a 93 aod stock right now and its not cutting it, if i can ask how much did you pay for ur 96 cobra?

I picked it up for 10K. It's in awesome shape. Original older owner and all that good stuff.
