Got a great offer and I need feedback

I was offered a 1999 Cobra engine and transmission in great condition with 10,000 miles on it for under $2,000. I have the money, but I'm not sure what to do. Will it fit in my car? What kind of mods would I have to do to get it to work? Any help would be greatly appreciated

You're talking 2 valve to 4 valve and auto to 5 speed swap. It can be done, but I think it is complex.

buy it and sell it for 2500...people will jump on that one

just engine and tranny? or is he gonna hook you up with an ecu, harness also?

no matter what, get it, because if end up not using it, you can sell it and make a profit
