got a nail in my Nitto, need replacement?

I had my Nitto tire patched because a nail went through it. The tire guy said it will be fine, he patched it from the inside,
The tire is new less than 200miles on it.
will it be fine or should I get a replacement, its the rear passenger side
I dont want to get a replacement its expensive but If I need it, I will

I've had great results with patches. They should be good for the life of the tire. The only unrepairable nail is one in or near the shoulder of the tire. But most shops won't repair one near there anyway.

mine was in the tread in the center of the tire no where near the side wall
so thats good

it should be ok, but i would want to get a replacement tire (just me though). i bought my Nittos at Discount Tires, so i get free replacements if i get a flat on them. at Ford, as long as the tire wasnt driven very long on flat or the puncture isnt through the sidewall, we will patch the tire and it should be ok.
