got car dynoed, numbers any good?

First of all I have 2 loose header bolts almost falling out, need new cap and rotor, timing 13, fp 35 vacum off 38 or so on, runnin rich, water,fuel was spitting out pipes on dyno run. Car is not in tune at all.

Any ways the guy that is gonna tune my car, he has a portable dyno,had a deal at autozone first 30 cars dyno for free so I got a dyno.

Was on a dyno jet

268.96 hp
303.61 torque

I was suprised to see that much since it is not in tune at all.

Well I'm getting it dyno tuned the 2 of Jan, I wonder how much more hp i can get out of it.

Thoes are actually some great numbers for your combo and no tune. I wouldnt be suprised if you get to 280hp with that tune.

I am gonna get a new cap and rotor, new plugs, and clean my MAF an IAC, and check my TPS voltage befor I go get the chip and tune.

Anything I should do?

Mines similar with 263....I'd say theres more in it for sure once tuned..I take it they weren't wideband equipted??

Looks good to me...you're right up there now with the 05's. Let us know when you get it tuned and redynoed, and link us to this thread to remind us!

no wide band just dyno, they didnt really have time for it anyway, they dynoed a lot of cars.

lolz yea those numbers were last year when I first got my 5-speed in and had the one wheel peel.

those numbers seem pretty good to me. the torque is good. there is def. some room in the tune.
