Hey guys just wanted to let you know I have the 1994 GT, the one I've been talking about the last week, sitting in my driveway now. She looks pretty good and drives great (I drove it from Orlando to my house in Largo), but that stock Ford shifter blows.

I'll post pics ASAP.

Welcome to the wonderful world or Mustangs; you're now an official owner/member. You already are on the right road being a frequent member of this site. I can't tell you how much information, help, and support I have obtained here. I look forward to going through the modding process with you.

UPDATE!!

Ok guys pics will be coming tommorrow as my friend Steve is coming over with his digi cam to check out the GT, also I talked to a guy about repainting what needs painting and in the next week or so she'll go into the shop.

Also my friend, Steve, I am taking him out in the car and going to teach him to drive the manual and hopefully this will seal the deal on him buying his own Mustang (he wants a foxbody). I am also going to get him to register on here so he can get a bit of a jump on gaining knowledge, like I have.

If he does register we all need to make sure to give him much stangnet love :flag:

Get a Tri-Ax or Pro-50 and you'll be amazed how much better it shifts. :flag:

And change all the fluids, oil, tranny, rear end, blinker, etc. Never know how long it's been in there. :nice:

Now get some track times already.

I'm gonna get the Tri-Ax :D

I know the oil was changed right before I bought the car too. I'll get track times soon.

cool, I plan to be in your shoes too....i just sold my civic Si and am now in search of a 94-95 5.0L also. but that statement up above sayin the "mustang is the lays potato chip of hobbies..."

is kinda discouraging, and i hope he means modifications and not problems
:)

I think he meant to say Pringles, you know, "once you pop the fun don't stop" or whatever lol. Glad to see your jumping ship on the Hondas and looking for a Stang. Welcome to the boards also :nice:
