Got my MM full length bare steel subframe connectors today and I want to get them welded in as soon as possible - Im not sure how much the weld job will cost and I dont want to get ripped up when I go to the shop - So can someone give me an estimate of how much a shop would charge to weld in full length subframes on my 5.0 ?

It's really going to depend -- prices vary. They will probably cvost more than standard subframe connectors, but prices on those vary too. I wouldn't be surprised to get quotes in the $75-$100 range. Maybe more, maybe less.
First of all you need to go to a shop familiar with subframes and mustangs. I have the same frames and they had to do some bending and a lot more welding considering the seat support structure and the extra boxes next to the torque boxes. They charged me $60 at a Mustang shop and I gave the guy a $20 spot after seeing the work he did. They said these are the beefiest subframes they ever installed.
