That's massive. Don't you have to change out the brake booster or something as well to get that thing in there?

you dont have to change the brake booster, but you have to work your way around it.

You can get them off in the car, it's not easy but they come out.

I have a built bottem end and im changing to 4v heads, cams, intake etc. What heads do you recommend fr500 or what? Will my compression change at all? Im going turbo thats my path.

It is another built block. manley rods, 11cc dished pistons and ported C heads.

I would say 03/04 heads from what I have been reading up on. your compression will change, If your gonna have the engine out anyway I would go ahead and get the forged goodies and some dished pistons.

Bill here is a better expert on this stuff than I though.

I got lucky here man, A buddy of mine built this motor about 6-8 months ago and had just finished the break in and tune when he wrecked the car. I picked up the entire car for dirt cheap. alon with the engine this car donated a full return style Aeromotive fuel system, all the guages I ever wanted lol (fuel pressure, oil pressure etc), all the control arms, battery relocate kit, and I am sure some other things I am not remembering....

that reminds me, I have a 2000 GT vert parts car. it was wrecked in the front but I have alot of parts I can sell if anyone is in need of knicknack things for their car. let me know and I will see how good of shape it is in on this car, if it hasnt been ******ed by a local already.

Holy cow! Ported heads and forged motor! Dude do you have any idea what sortof power you could get with a turbo setup? There is one with stock heads and cams tuned @ MPH that went 815RWHP....with your setup you should do 900RWHP with race gas and closer to 700 on pump if you had a big twin setup probably! 4Vs LOVE turbos.

Sure you could never go wot on the street W/O spinning lol, but man that would be sick! But anywho, that vortech should pound out over 600RWHP on pump gas I bet. Thats still PLENTY/too much for the street anyways lol.

Just giving you options
