lol theyve been pretty nasty for a while..i can never bring myself to buy new ones cause everytime i get the money for them i just buy something for performance..i got a little cash for my b day today so i think im finally gonna get new ones....

something got on them while it was sitting out of the shop..looked almost like someone poured a bucket of rust on them even though nothing was around my car...i have no idea what it was from

Car sounds good!

Don't get too discouraged by the #'s, the dyno is just a tuning tool anyway. Once you get it on the track, your mph will show what kind of power your making.

I think scup is using stock heads, and block as well you should be well over 300 with all your mods

You are correct I have the stock heads, valve springs and block. My numbers of 293RWHP and 310RWTQ was on a mustang dyno. My tuner said if I was on a dyno jet I would be closer to 310rwhp. Also my tune is for 93 oct. His numbers of 273rwhp and 299rwtq seems very low. I was making 275rwhp with the stock headers, MRT catted H and the Hitech stage IIs before I went with the Mac LTs and VRS catted X.

Yea I think everyone missed the part where he said he has the aluminater block with ported heads and around 10.1 compression and long tubes. Compression only with stock heads, shorty headers and stock cams I made 277hp so I would say he should be above that with ported heads and cams

I would do a compression check. Something doesn't seem right. I'm not of fan of hitech and I don't think their stage 2's are ideal on ported heads, but even still...something isn't right.

the other day i remembered i have that damn doorman intake manifold on my car...maybe thats my problem i doubt its making me lose a full 30hp but im sure its part of my hp loss..

as for a compression test, this thing is perfect..im 100% sure of that...maybe they really dont flow well with ported heads...i just cant see them losing power from it
