Here is the pass side tha I haven't done yet. 150K of carbon and oil residue.

Now the Drivers side that I spent the last hour on with a polishing Roloc disc and air die grinder.

Kinda doing both. I bought a headswap kit from a ford dealer with all the new stuff.
