granatelli's tubular k-member change design recently? also, few q's for yall

i was flippin thru the summit catalog & noticed the granatelli k-member & a-arms are a different design now. they look a lot beefier than the previous.

who makes their stuff now?
how long ago did they change the design?
any opinions on granatelli vs. say griggs, mm, or aje?? gonna be for a street driven car.

I've read more than a few reports of granatelli parts failing. I'd get the MM if I were to get a K member. However, I don't want my wheels moving forward an inch. I think the AJE keeps it at the same place.

I have no experience with GMS stuff, so take this with a grain of salt. Everything I've heard about their suspension parts says avoid it like the plague. Their MAF meters are supposed to be decent, but that's the only good I've heard about them.

Granitelli's meters are just rebadged meters made by other companies, that's why they are good.

Griggs and MM are far superior k members, but you lose minimal weight.
The AJE stuff is good for engine swaps

ive heard only bad things about them
of course you get what you pay for and they are one,if not, the cheapest when it comes to pricing of the k -member and a arms
ive heard the welds are horrible and break under load
