Well of course he said that, he's selling them. Really though it's a nice design and I was happy with mine, it was purely an aesthetic thing that made me change. The claims about the metal getting hot and effecting performance are a load as far as I'm concerned. The constant flow of air ripping through the tube pretty much keeps it cool to the touch. When you let it sit for a while, sure it gets hot, but start the air moving and... Definately no *noticable* difference in my case between the two systems. I'm eventually going to pick up an anderson powerpipe or fabricate something myself. I don't like the different sized tubing, or all the bends and hoses of these 3 piece kits.

Power pipe,,huh!!,,,any hp gain over a CAI ??

Probably, but I doubt it would be noticable.
