Greetings, and a Hurst Shifter Qstn..?

Hello all, new to your fine forum and am a returning Mustang driver (had a '66 Fastback years back, and now an '05 GT scheduled to be built and arriving soon).

I'm looking to see if anyone here may have any leads or info on swapping in a Hurst shifter in place of the stock unit? Hurst lists products up through '04 only of course... and I can't think of a cooler upgrade for the stock unit.

I saw that Performance West Group had built up an '05 with lotsa trick stuff including a Hurst shifter....but thats all the info there was. Anybody got idears about this?

Steeda makes a much better product. Its called aTri-Ax.,$250. By the way, a shifter will take you about 3 hrs on this beast. Not like aT-5...

I have the Tri-Axe and absolutely love it, its a bit "notchyer" than stock one but works great with a very short throw..no more missing 3rd..EVER!
