So I'm new to the full on mechanics world, but I'm ready to tackle my first real project. I'm hoping this forum will be a helpful tool for advice and other needed help. I have just recently gotten to the point that I have space to work on my 1970 Fastback. So I am planning on doing a full tear down and rebuild of the engine along with some interior and other needed upgrades. The car has been garage kept and has been sitting for at least 10-12 years so the rebuild is much needed. But I think with the help of this forum and some handy mechanic friends I should have no problem getting it done.
