Grind shifting into 2nd

I have a 1996 mustang GT and when I shift fast from 1st to 2nd it grinds. It does not grind when i shift slowly. Is there anything to do to fix this?

I'm sure you're a good driver, but just to cover the basics...

Are you sure the clutch is all the way in? Are you letting it out too early or trying to shift before the the pedal is all the way down?

You probably need new synchros in 2nd.

2nd gear synchros are around 300 bucks the last time i checked, 3rd is way cheaper

I shift with the clutch all the way in, even if i hold the clutch in then throw it into second, it still grinds.
