my car would grind 2nd gear if it hit it fast no slammin it but just a fast shift and from a stop if i put it in 1st it would kinda bang like the clutch isnt dissengaging. well i just installed a firewall adjuster and quadrant and i can shift fast without it grinding but i cant slam it because it grinds. i thought it was syncros but it will do it in 3rd 4th and 5th if it hit them hard. it cant be syncros. not for all the gears

You are right, sounds like the clutch is still grabbing slightly when you push the clutch in. Adjust the FWA again

mine is doing the same thing. it's gotta wait until we pull another car apart to get his axles for my rear end and im getting his fire wall adjuster and quadrant. hoping that solves my problems

Did you try the factory adjuster?

Grab the pedal, pull it up hard and then press it to the floor. If it clicks, then it took up a little slack in the cable
