Yesterday I decided I'd replace the burnt out lightbulbs in the dash on my Blazer. I putterd down to the local parts store and had them look up the bulbs I'd need and bought 20 of them [firgured I'd replace them all while I was at it] Last night I pulled the dash all apart, took me about 2 hours as I had even had to remove all the instruments to get at the bulbs, as well as crawl under the truck and remove the speedo cable from the tranny in order to be able to pull the instrument panel out far enough as there was no room to to get my hand in behind the speedo panel to remove it from there. Anyhoo, after it was all apart I discovered there were three different kinds of bulbs, all of which were different than the ones the auto parts store had given me:( . Not to be outdone, I figured I'd just take the ones out of my old Blazer and just use them, but after pulling the dash apart in the older 84' Blazer they too were different. All the stores here are closed today and I need the truck for work tomorrow so I put all back together again:bang: Poor me:(
Sorry, just wanted to rant.

Ooooooh, that sucks out loud man. That's the kind of stuff that is usually reserved for me. I could have every size socket imaginable and then I need it in deep, that happened to me two weeks ago. Welcome to the bad luck club :nice: .

 I'm usually pretty good at thinking things through so I don't "paint myself into a corner" but I got caught this time. The girlfriend's car and my Stang have both been put into hibernation [good thing too as we got a foot of snow this week] and she's working in Winnepeg this weekend and has her Jeep, so I was buggerd.
