Should flow the same as a Cobra. As far as what it's worth $150-250 is about what I would expect to pay. The heads are actually really good for a cheap upgrade. I would say $250-400 for those wouldn't be bad if they are in good working order.

A guy on Corral with a basic GT40P, Explorer motor went low low 12s. Thats taken out of a Mountaineer and bolted into a coupe (probably had a mustang HO cam installed though).

Yes that would be, and make sure the springs and such on the heads are good. With a little $$ tossed into them, you could make 260-300 rwhp without question.

Im running an explorer intake and 65mm TB on my car. I picked it up on ebay for a total of 200 bucks. Im also running a set of gt-40 originals on my car too. They were milled .020, 3 angle valve job, milled spring perches, viton seals, new valve guides, and comp cams springs. I have a total of about 600 bucks in the heads, including the original purchase price ($200).

The nice thing is that when i pop the hood...its an iron headed car...OEM ford stuff. I use a steeda # 18 cam with 1.6 rockers and it hangs with LS1's (stock to lightly modded) and still gets 25 mpg on the highway! I cant complain with the performance with such a budget build HCI package.
