Flow wise stock - GT40/Cobra/Explorer = same same.

If I put a cobra intake on the car right now,should I feel a difference?How much does an intake swap help you gain in the 1/4 on average?

225 is the Hp rating from the flywheel. Your dad's friend says 190 it would be Hp rating at the wheels. The difference is in Hp lost through the trans, rear end etc.

225 at the motor, 200-210 rwhp for 5-speed-180-190 rwhp for AOD.
