GT-40 or GT-noisy ??

I am almost certain that it is your TB. I put the stock TB back on just to see if the sound went away and it did. So when i put the 70mm TB back on the wistle came back again, but when the charger went on it didnt happen any more.

what i meant was the stock plenum for the GT40 manifold is 70mm. the stock size of the tb is way under 70mm. my stock tb looked like a pee hole compared to my new bbk. ne wayz the noise sounds like its coming from inside the freakin manifold. doesnt sound like the tb is doing it but i will try ur suggestions thnx

is 75mm big on a 351 with gt40 intake

GT40 Manifold

May be of no help, but my noise problem came form the cold air intake.
