I think the Holley Systemax 2 is still the leading intake for long runner style. Depends on what heads you go with.

I think that the AFR entry-level heads are good to my car!
Could I use that Cobra Intake which comes with the Cobra mustang's?
I would like to use some ford intake.

Yes, you can use a Cobra intake with those heads. The Cobra intake is a little under rated. It is actually an excellent intake. It will work just fine with those heads, and you should have no problem getting over 300hp with the right camshaft. You have 2 options. You can either order a 93' style Cobra intake and buy a converter elbow, or get an original style 94' intake. Watch out for Chinese knock off intakes. There are Chinese intakes that claim to be the same, but the finishing on them is no where near as good. If your GT still has the factory strut tower brace, it won't fit with any aftermarket intake including the Cobra. You will have to remove it, or get an aftermarket tower brace.

My car still has the factory tower brace and I would not like remove it if I could. I think it is important to keep.

I will have to check that. To find a good intake and see either it will hit the tower brace or not.

I believe that all aftermarket intakes will be higher than the factory intake!

tks,
