GT dash in V6???

I got to go get a new dash, and was going to check out the junkyards to see if I could find a all black dash.. I found one but its out of a 97GT. I have a 98 V6. Will it work??? This may be the stupidest topic ever but I wasn't sure and wanted to make sure before I spent the money on it.

they're the same. the cluster and stuff may be different, but just use all the wiring junk that's on yours and you'll be fine.
