GT to Cobra motor swap

Ok, Im seriously contemplating an DOHC '01 cobra engine swap for my 99GT. I have done some research using the SEARCH FUNCTION and have looked on other sites such as www.cobrapoweredgt.com and other sites of the like. one question was not answered however.
I have a stock hood, will the engine fit? and if so, what about when the kenne bell goes on?

Has anyone done this swap that can answer my question with some ammount of reliable knowledge? I really dont want to put a different hood on because my whole plan is to have a sleeper stang that looks completely stock.

Any insight would be appreciated.

i think when don from cobrapoweredgt put his 4v in the blue gt he had the stock hood on it, plus the old cobra hood(99) went down in the center didn't it? i mean the new v6's have them for christs sake, i dont think they are anything special
