GT to Saleen look alike?

I want to convet a 88 GT to the Saleen. I know that the Saleen was based on the LX, but will I need to buy a LX bumper to add the Saleen ground effects? the car has a Saleen spoiler and a Cobra bumper. I was thinking that the Saleen front bumper and side valances would look good with the Cobra rear bumper.

Any thoughts or pictures would be great.

Yes you will need to buy a LX front bumper and all the LX side molding. The Cobra rear bumper isnt gonna match the LX molding on the side - just so you know. The Cobra bumper matches the GT molding only.

That sucks. I really love the Saleen look. I just don't want to spend my whole budget on body work. Hmmm......

Hey man, it's nothing finding a wrung out 4-cyl for body parts. You may have to spend a little extra time on prep, but it shouldn't blow your budget out of the water.
