gt40, tb or roller rockers also?

When I go to install the gt 40 intake I'm buying at the end of the month, would it be a better idea to change the tb or throw in a set of roller rockers? Which is the better mod to do with the increased airflow I would get with the intake over the stock unit? I think both the tb and rockers would be about the same price. Also which rockers are better on the stock heads 1.6 or 1.7?
