depends on your goals mang, i went with the gt40 ones a)because they were available and are a good upgade to teh e7's
b) i found out later the regular gt's will not change the combustion chamber size much, which is good. i plan on going single turbo in a year or so, and the p heads would make the comp ratio a little much for forced induction.
n/a the p heads will perform better but i doubt it's worth getting different headers (or aguably different plug wires and header wrap.) just for that much gain. either one with a little work done will easily support what my goals are anyway, so its really up to you
Exact same heads except that the Ps provide a more efficient combustion because of spark plug placement. It doesnt sound like much but it's enough to make more power. Also i believe the combustion chambers are shaped/cc'ed differently but i don't have exact numbers.
i got realistic and sat them aside for now, i figured as much money as i spend getting them fit for a new motor, i could buy a decent set of gt40s , plus i doubt if i finished porting the heads they wouldnt even flow as good as stock gt40s anyway
