Guys help me out terrible vibration!

it just happend tonight and i am so pissed. ilet my sisters boyfreind drive my vert and he messed it up sopmehow. he says he didnt hit redline but i was like . any way there is a terrible vibration through out the whole car especially in shifter. i am thinking its motor mounts but what else could it be and could it mean new block(jk). any way any suggestions of wut it could be would be helpful. tomoroow my dad and i will get in there and check it out. thanks.

if the vibes are felt while stationary, i would check the balancer.

if that checks out ok (while revving but stopped too), but it occurs at speed, i would check the rest of the drivetrain.

i would pull codes too - in case it is a management issue.

Balancer
motor mount rubber
trans mount
driveshaft
u joints

I doubt he trashed your car but my have dumped the clutch or was doing burn outs.

I can honestly say I have never let anyone drive my stangs with exception of the wife. Thats what my old trucks for.

On the balance check and make sure the rubber is still there sometimes they will split with age.
