Well the rockers are not stock, as they have a roller tip. They are not what was adv. either though.

I dont want to be "that guy" but told you so, just about everyone in your should I buy it thread was against it.

yea i agree i dont want to be that guy either but there was just something about it after it went from a 308 to a 306 then to a 302 i got bad vibes i cant believe you went through with the deal after so much negative things were said in that thread...

so whats the new word havent heard any updates??

But the seller himself sounded to be in denial. Meaning in my o, the sky could be blue and thta dude would try to convince some people it was red...and he would get it over on them too. That sounds like someone who may have done this many times in my o.

Press charges. Make sure he goes to jail this time, and there isn't just a cash settlement. get more than your $1200 back. Don't settle for less. Scammers need to be proper ****ed before they stop

Well.. . I had to send him a certified letter to prove that i did try to contact him and work it out... if i dont get a response in 10 days or he still doesent wanna work things out.... It goes to court mandated mediation... and if he doesent work with me charges get filed on him

****s still going down... i sent the letter waited the 10 days+ with no response... went to the court house... only to find out they were closed last week... now im down at school im heading back on friday...

Make sure when you sue him, add in court costs and lawyer fees to the amount, get this guy man, that kind of **** need to be stopped

I won... $600 and i got to keep the engine... aparently the rest of his family had to be in court... the people that live next door to them were fileing charges on the whole family... he was the only one to show... and his dad like 5 hours late... his dad was trying to talk while the judge waws talking... the judge verbaly bitchslapped his ass... him and his father gave the whole family a bad name... But all in all... its on record... i got half the money spent back... so i got a decent set of heads at least for $600... so i think i might sell all the parts... and pick up a set of like new heads... some AFR's or something... or just keep these and have them checked out... months and months spent on this... and it finally turns out good...!

i got a check last night... the mediator said if it bounces hes in contempt of court and some other charge... i just cashed it... the 306 was put off till this was finished... so now i can start
