H/I/C for my car...what else do i require?

im getting some 165 afr's, edlrbrook intake, and a cam(dont know which yet ), and this will be my first time, i am good at these things, so i dont see a problem, however, what elese should i replace at the same time, and what do the heads come with...do i need new rockers, pushrods, lifters, timing chain, etc? and if anyone has done this, what was the price of everything done? see, im deciding between the supercharger route on a stock motor, or doing this and was wondering prices total. ThankS!
