H pipe questions

Over the weekend I'm going to go cheap and buy a summit H pipe. I have heard some people say that 04 Mustangs need O2 extensions. Is this true? What else will i have to buy to make it work? And lastly will the car still run fine without MIL eliminators? I'm not afraid of the check engine light I'm just worried its going to run like crap. Thanks

Yes, '04's need o2 extensions. MIL's might be a 50/50 deal. If it's catted you should'nt, but their are some computers that will trip the CEL light. I've got a Catted X and I've never had a CEL ever.

I have Offroad xpipes and i love it...although i lost my factory midpipe for emmision and need to find one i can borrow or buy....You do need o2 extensions...and i did a tune to get rid of the Check engine light...i ran it with the check engine like for about 3 months...no big deal
