Look on ebay, junkyard, or on craiglist list. You can find the stock catted H for cheap. I ended up finding mine through stangnet to one of teh local guys, and got it for free.

I still have my stock H. This past inspection they really busted my nut's about my after market x. It has cats but there high flow and didn't really help my emmisions. The guy cut me a brake this time so I have to keep the stock h for the next one.
There's alot of guy's on here with the stock H. I'm sure you can find one on here.

Craigslist would be your best bet. Local purchases with cash are the way to go; paying a buttload more for shipping on top of the purchase price, itself, is kinda silly when Fox H-pipes can be found in just about any city in 48 out of 50 states. I've seen them usually going for around $50 here.
