1 speeding ticket 48 ina 40 zone, quota cop+18yr old +red mustang = 100$
1 non-moving violation , pulled out of a parking lot with my running lights on
1= lucky lucky, speeding 40- in 25, rolled two stop signs, changed lanes without single and broke traction...(late for work, im the one (manager)who opens up)...luckily the officer (female!) listend to my story, took pity on my and let me go with a warning (if i see you do that again i will write you two tickets)

comin home from the bar one night I was crusin pretty good on the highway. A SUV was in the right lane so I signaled got in the center lane and blew by him pretty quick. Out of the corner of my eye I notice the State Police Tags on the door. I signaled and pulled into the right lane in front of him. He immidiatly threw his lights on and pulled me over. He came up to my car and asked "Do you know how fast you were going?" I responded "Probably like 65-70" (speed limit is 65 by the way). His response to that was "No, I was going 75 and you blew by me" and proceeded to ask for liscense and registration. I gave him everything including my PBA card. Then he leaned in and smelled the alcahol on my breath and asked if I had been drinking. I told him yes but only like two beers, which was a little off. He made me recite the alphabet which I did perfectly. He then went back to his car. After like 5 minutes a flatbed towtruck pulled over in front of my car and backed up to me. At this point I nearly pissed myself. I thought, damn hes gonna tow my car. The driver of the tow-truck came up to my door and asked if I had called triple-A. I said no and he went back to his truck. Almost at the same time the Trooper came back and handed me a ticket for not wearing my seatbelt, which I was wearing, and a Warning for eccessive speeding. He also gave my PBA card back. Releived with only the $44 dollar seat belt fine. I pulled away following the tow-truck. Over the hill on the highway I saw a car with its hazards on, the car that had actually called triple-A. Needless to say I was definatly pretty scared after that.

I have a good one, although i wasn't the driver, i was riding along.
Before we tore my friends turbocoupe apart to put into his Mustang, we decided to go out and give her the 'ol top speed test. Rolling out of town and out into the open plains of Kansas, we never would have begun to imagine what was going to happen.
We found a 8 mile stretch of empty road and turned onto it, still behaving. Way down the road we spotted a white blip. "is it a cop?" my friend said. "nope." i calmly replied. So he proceeded to drop the hammer on 200 or so HP and off we went......
I think the speedo read somewhere by the trip reset, past the numbered portion of the dash, and the tranny was in 5th climbing fast when we decided to let out of it. All of a sudden the white car, still up the road a ways, decides to pull over on the shoulder, mind you we were coming up on his ass fast. My bud just starts downshifting, not thinking twice about it.
As we pass the white car on the shoulder i notice the writing NONAME COUNTY SHERIFF on the door.
Damn.
the sheriff proceedes to pull us over, my bud is crapping himself. The office comes to the window and proceedes to ask "license and registration please."
He calmly walks back to the cruiser and gets in to run the info, all the while my bud is freaking out. "dude, you're going to jail." I said. Oh, by the way, the speed limit on this road was 55 MPH.
The officer came back and ask my bud what he was doing and where he was going in such a hurry. He tells them he was just seeing what the car had, and that was all. The officer whips out his clipboard and proceeds to tell my bud he's receiving a ticket, here is the pay date, here is the court date, ect.
The officer leaves and my bud hands me the ticket and we drive off.
"how much is it?" he asks, he never looked at it.
I turn it over, $498.00 I read.
Mind you the fines in Kansas are double.
It read, "98 in a 55" by all means he should have went to jail.

Last summer I got three 4 point tickets in about 3 months. The first one was stupid, going 65 in a 45 on the way to class. $168 + $60 for not having my insurance card. 2-3 weeks later summer A was over I wsa staying at dad's house about an hour from work. Cruising home one night about 11:30 I was enjoying my newly improved suspension and the wail of my exhaust, thinking I was alone on the desolate country road. Of course the only car I pass on the hour drive was a county cop. In a 45 doing 65 no less. Well, I didn't realize that it had been a cop and paid no mind. The road I was on came to an intersection that led to a even less inhabited road than the one I was on. I, having not recognised the car I passed a quarter mile back as a cop, Dumped the clutch and wailed down the road up to 80 or so through a set of gentle but well cambered uphill bends. When I got to the top of the hill, about a mile and a half away from where he first passed me, I saw him way back with his lights on. Pissed, I pulled over. Probably 15 seconds later he pulls up behind me. "What's up?" Me:"just driving home from work, goin to fast huh?" Cop: yeah blah blah liscence etc. Brings it back and hands me the ticket "I first clocked you at 65, so that's all I wrote you up for. What year is this car?" me"89" cop:"huh" does the speal about paying it and guilt and walks off. another $168, I still havn't paid the other one. 
It coulda been way worse though, i think hewas impressed with how fast I got up the hill 
I pay them both the last day of the deadlines after the extension. A week later, coming home from the girfriends former college. Normaly about two hours away, I was gonna make it in an hour and forty five minutes. If it had't been for that pesky state trooper, 7 blocks from home. $168 familiar ticket for 65 in a 45 No good luck stories though. I got a fast car now, so I drive alot tamer. Like you said, once you get these slugs up to speed it's to much fun to let go.

I decided to get on it coming down an onramp to get on the interstate. I wsa giving the nitrous a little spin, and decided to touch 100, and slow down. Apparently, a ways back in traffic, there was a state trooper that saw what I was doing. After I started slowing down (after touching 100 no less), I saw him whip into my lane. From there, I knew it was all over. He clocked me at 92 in a 65 (luckly, he didn't cetch me 15 seconds earlier 
). He asked me to come back to the car with him, and I am just ****ting a brick. Ohh damn, I am so going to jail, and if he doesn't kill me, my parents will. He wrote me the ticket for 92 in a 65, and let me go on my way. I got off with a ticket for $213.

Got a ticket about 3 years ago from a state trooper before I ever had the stang, was going 81 in a 70 in my little 94 hyundai, had a hundred dollar fine and took defensive driving to keep it off my record. Wasnt really that big of a deal at all.
Well I am a Michigan boy born and bread and moved to KY in 1997. Well my ex father in law calls one night (My Birthday) I was at the club and just ordered a beer. I took the call before the drink and he said come and pick your son up (1yr) old because his wife's water had broken. Well no drink for me but I was heading for the car with my wife (at the time). Well I was barreling down the back roads, slowing for signs and pretty much rolling through them. I slid through a stop sigh, around the turn and punched it. This was turning onto an overpass and there he was Hardin County Sheriff sitting on top of the overpass. I pulled over and got out the information he would be asking for. I remind you I am in Ky going to get my 1 year old son because my mother in law is pregnant, in the back seat I have my work uniform at the time which was Jefferson County Police. OK, he comes up screaming at me saying im a moron for driving like that and he clocked me at 52 before the turn 45 during the turn and 60 when I hit the brakes after the turn. He demanded my information and told me to shut up, then walked away. 10 Minutes later (I am on the phone now) he came back telling me to get off of the phone. He gives me my information and has the tickets in his hand. He extends his arm and says why in the H#ll are you going so fast around these corners trying to kill me. He now notices my uniform and adds officer. I turn to him and say "My mother In Law is in labor and I have to go and get my baby." Now my wife is sitting in the car and the Deputy shines a light in her face and says did you know about this Maam? She was almost laughing but held a straight face for now (I couldn’t figure out why). Well the Deputy shined the light on my uniform then me and re stated what I said “Your mother in law is in labor and you are going to get your baby?" I said yes and I need to hurry because she needs to go to the hospital. Well that Deputy looked at me and said "They warned me about you Kentucky Boys" and tore up the tickets and Escorted us to the house at top speed to get her and had an ambulance on the way also. Now Professional Curtosey, Or Just a plain misunderstanding on his part? On the way my wife explained to me that I said to the Deputy that I was screwing my mother in law and she was having my baby. When we got there and he fully understood the situation he showed me the tickets. 1 Failure to adhere to a posted sign, 1 excessive speed 52 in a 45, 1 excessive speed 60 in a 40, 1 excessive display of power (Sliding around the corner), 1 reckless driving. I got out of all of them, and my lil brother was born on my birthday. Being a Michigan Boy I never realized they way I say things to people, now I think before I speak.

2000 -- Negligent 2nd degree + No insurance ... dropped in court

I live in goose creek, SC and one night bout 9:00PM i was on Main Street in Summerville bout 10 mins. from my house. my 2 friends were behind me and we came to a stop light. well... up comes this (FAST and FURIOUS) Eclipse with the wing, maxwell house exhaust system, 25 HP graphics kit, you know all that bull$%#&. he comes up to the light and i look over at him and rev up. he revs up and now we are destined. the light turns green and i take off. i have my n/a 2.3 so no burnout but he lights up the (front) tires. we get to bout 50 on a 45 mph road and im like "ok thats enough" well as soon as i tap the brakes blue lights start flarrin. my heart drops to my freakin balls. well we both pull over and I get out expecting to see some crown vic.
well... at least a camaro then.
no.... it was a freakin Dodge Durango!!
what happened to your regular run of the mill cop cars.
well the cop lets us off and tells us he never wants to see us again after searching our cars for 30 mins. (they did this because the guy that was riding in the eclipse was a former drug dealer)
Ohh and the sherrif told us that I won. pretty good learning experience

I got a speeding ticket of 20 over (90km in a 70km), went and sweet talked the Crown Prosecutor and talked him into giving me a speedo test, for my Mustang. He agreed and I went and had one done for $53 bones. Turns out my speedo was off and my ticket was reduced to no demerits and only a $35.00 fine. Total of $87.00 and 0 dermerits, instead of $193.00 and 3 demerits.
Call it good luck or just knowing the system...
I have had 3 or 4 speeding tickets and I have never payed for the full amount because I go to court. Its worth your time.
