had some fun today

Well one of my good friends is all into stereos in cars. so today he talked me into going some beatoff contest to see who gets the most db's. So i drove up there in my mustang just to mess with some ppl. Well ive decided that i never want to step foot into one of these events again. there are people hitting 156.3 db's..in there suv's. well then some guy pulls up in a honda civic SI and wants to race me. I have to say that was the biggest waste of gas i ever. And now im regretting the whole trip to the contest because i got a headache thats just throbbing..i just didnt know how crazy car stereos could be. but i would much rather put my money into my car.

I've seen stereo contests (on TV, of course) that blow out windshields and door windows and vibrate bolts out of the car so door and body panels start falling off, haha. To me it's a ridiculous thing to spend so much money on, but everyone has their own passion I guess, albeit stupid.
