That was actually made by Bungie, the people who make the HALO games, but still badass.

I know I'm goign to step on a lot of toes here, but Halo is totally over rated. The original Halo was a solid FPS with a good multiplayer, but Halo 2 hardly improved upon Halo 1. There's little originality in the series....aliens trying to wipe out the human race.....a guy in a special suit saves humanity. The level design for Halo 2 was awful, it got to be so damned repetitive after so long. The only thing that made it special was it had good gameplay, but even at that, I much preferred the faster action of Timesplitters. I've researched Halo 3, and to tell the truth, I haven't seen a whole lot of orginality or many changes except for graphics. I gotta give Microsoft credit though for hyping the game beyond all belief. I guess you can afford to do that when you're Microsoft.

IMHO, Haze is going to be a much better game. There's actually some orginality and creativity in the gameplay, the campaign actually looks like it isn't going to suck, and like Timeplitters, it ought to have a damned decent multiplayer. Also, by looking at screenshots and comparing, Haze's environments look better than Halo 3's. Hell, if you look at them both, the just the weapon textures of Haze blow Halo out of the water. But of course, Haze hasn't been getting nearly the hype, so it'll get flogged by Halo 3 in sales as everybody is jizzing themselves going "OMFG HALO 3 IS THE BEST FREAKIN' GAME EVER!!!!!"

Just my 2 cents.

I have to agree halo2 isn't as good story line wise in the beginning its ok then..........?????

YeaH I saw that 5k for it by the time they get it there will be one day left before it is released!!!LOL

I like mainly the multiplayer because it a "run gun or die!" alot of weapons to choose from.

I've played halo with friends, and its a pretty fun multiplayer, but if you've never played timesplitters, its all run and gun, gameplay is a lot faster, there's a crapload of weapons, and a huge number of different characters to play as.

Halo 2 sucks IMO. The only things it improved upon from Halo 1 are the graphics and Xbox Live. Halo 1 is completely awesome tho.

Xbox Live is the single reason Halo 2 is better than Halo 1. I really could care less for a story line. I'd rather just mangle people online. Though...Halo 3 live co-op should make for a good time.

Well I got It at 12am and I just beat it on normal. took 7 hours. Ive got to say that the last 2 level were like WTF way too hard on normal, And the sword sux in campaign. well onto multiplayer!

graphics and gameplay very clean, nice weapons too....cant wait to finish the fight to hit the multiplayer.....heh heh heh.. hey if there are enough of us maybe we can start our own clan.....

Thanks Tim for the new forum, If you want to relocate this thread there its fine with me.

I like the spartan laser, and dual wielded smg the hammer is great for groups of friends/enemies.
