I'm having trouble with my '95 5.0. I starts every time, but sometimes it chugs for a couple seconds befor it turns over. It's very random. It does it when the car is cold or warm, or if the weather is cold or warm. Actually, it seems to happen more now that the weather is getting warmer, which is weird and frustrating. I've replqaced my plugs, wires, fuel filter, cap and rotor, and put on a cold air kit. None of these have made a difference. I've had this problem since august. Any suggestions?
