I am wanting a 28oz harmonic balancer for a motor that i am getting ready to build/buy.
I found a ford racing 28oz harmonic balancer for $80. Which i would rather pay than $200 +.
It is a M-6316-K351. It says "New stock replacement damper for most 302/351W engines with left hand water pump inlet
• Fits 1970-1980 302, 1970-97 351W crankshafts with external balance, 28.2 oz"
Will this work on my new motor? I did a search on this earlier, but wasnt really clear on what i needed to know. The thread mentioned something about the pointer would be on the wrong side thus, the timing marks would be off.
