Harmonic Balancer

They sure are pretty when they're new like that. I'm not sure what you mea by "is there any thing else i need or shoudl get?". I don't see anything in your list of mods or parts that would warrant anything more than the stock balancer.

In the pictures, it looks as if the last of the three pictures shows a longer snout than the other two. Leads me to believe that if you order one for a 302 that it will have the required spacing already. Were it me, I'd call them to be sure.

I'll repeat what I said before... reuse your stock one if there's nothing wrong with it. You'll save yourself 200 bones. Unless you're planning to run 8 to 10 thousand RPM, there's not real reason for an SFI approved balancer unless you're into a motor sport that requires one.

ok, i think my stock one is going, i would just rather get a good one since im replacing it.

Now THAT I agree with. :) The one you provided a link for does look like a good one and it's one that I would probably purchase if I were in the market for a replacement on my daily driver.

wow, i remember Romac SFI units being more expensive.

FWIW, if you dont want SFI, a PP or Pioneer can be had for 60-100 bucks. the latter is available at some parts stores.

good luck and good call replacing that waiting-to-happen-flying saucer.
