They sure are pretty when they're new like that. I'm not sure what you mea by "is there any thing else i need or shoudl get?". I don't see anything in your list of mods or parts that would warrant anything more than the stock balancer.

oh no, its stock, i just didnt know if i needed a spacer or something?

In the pictures, it looks as if the last of the three pictures shows a longer snout than the other two. Leads me to believe that if you order one for a 302 that it will have the required spacing already. Were it me, I'd call them to be sure.

I'll repeat what I said before... reuse your stock one if there's nothing wrong with it. You'll save yourself 200 bones. Unless you're planning to run 8 to 10 thousand RPM, there's not real reason for an SFI approved balancer unless you're into a motor sport that requires one.

Now THAT I agree with. The one you provided a link for does look like a good one and it's one that I would probably purchase if I were in the market for a replacement on my daily driver.

wow, i remember Romac SFI units being more expensive.

FWIW, if you dont want SFI, a PP or Pioneer can be had for 60-100 bucks. the latter is available at some parts stores.

good luck and good call replacing that waiting-to-happen-flying saucer.
