Just wondering how common this is. This is only for STUD mounted rockers, not pedistal. Please don't vote if not using stud mounted rockers.

One nut backed off on me but it was my fault... I didnt get the set screw tight so it loosened up. Easy fix and nothing was damaged

As long as you make certain the set screw is tight, and then tighten the rocker bolt a 'little' bit mroe, then they shouldn't come loose.

ive had good luck thus far. I just checked the rockers on my new motor, and everything is still tight. I think its still a good idea to check them every so often, just to be certain they are tight, and no potential damage can occur.

I don't think they should ever come off on their own, if you set the lock correctly. Now, I've had a rocker stud break... but that's a whole different issue (well, kinda...)
