I have seen videos on you tube of companies offering cam tunes. They basically change the way your stock cams work so it sounds like you have a set of aftermarket camshafts. The company i was looking at ordering it from is lethal performance, jon lund does the tuning. I just wanna know if anyone knows anything about it. Like if its safe or if its going to void my warranty.

There is nothing unsafe abut those tunes, all that happens is they adjust the cam degrees at idle so the lobe separation crates that "muscle car" sound.

Bama pulled it because they didn't have permission form Lund to use it, Steeda doesn't offer it because there is no power gain.

Your warranty will be voided with an aftermarket tune if it were to cause an issue with the car.

I was told by lethal performance that, yes it will void the warranty if it causes an issue. But in order for it to void the warranty under the magnuson moss act they have to prove that the tune is at fault for the defect not to honor my warranty.
